We provide a 3-day money-back guarantee for the following services:

  • Reseller Hosting

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of service activation. After 3 days, no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, Kathosting will initiate the refund process within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited to the client’s original payment method or bank account, depending on the transaction type.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain name registrations and renewals
  • VPS Hosting services
  • Dedicated Servers
  • Server setup or configuration services
  • Website development or custom web hosting work
  • Software licenses

5. Refund Conditions

  • No refunds for policy violations or suspended accounts.
  • Refunds will exclude payment gateway processing fees.

6. Abuse & Violations

Accounts suspended due to spam, illegal activities, resource abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds.
