2.2 Resource Usage

• Usage must remain within purchased plan limits.

2.3 Uptime

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during maintenance, updates, or external network failures.

2.4 Backups

KatHosting maintains automated weekly cloud backups to protect your website data. In case of accidental deletion or technical issues, your files can be restored efficiently.

2.5 Prohibited Activities

• Illegal content or activities
• Abuse , Spam, phishing
• DDoS attacks or crypto mining
• Copyright violations

3. Reseller Hosting Terms

3.1 Account Responsibility

Resellers are fully responsible for their clients, hosted content, and billing management.

4. Billing & Payments

• All services are prepaid.
• Invoices must be paid before due date.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.

6. Suspension

Kathosting.com reserves the right to suspend services for violations without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kathosting.com shall not be liable for indirect damages, business loss, data loss, or downtime-related losses.
